Center for Human Resources, Inc.

The Center for Human Resources is an outpatient mental health center which was founded in 1976. We offer a range of therapeutic and educational services to individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations. Our primary goal is to promote mental health with attention to social, physical and spiritual components.

Services Offered:

Counseling – Family, Individual; Support Groups, DBT groups; Education/Awareness

Psychological, psychosexual and chemical dependency assessments are offered.  We provide treatment for anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, eating disorders, addictions, ADHD, phobias (including fear of flying, driving, and agoraphobia), anger management, and stress management.   Psychotherapies offered include:  psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, systemic and family therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, hypnosis, desensitization of phobias, relaxation training, mindfulness therapy, EMDR, and DBT.
