Healthy Community Initiative

The Northfield High School 9th Grade Academy is a program that helps freshman students with attendance, reading fluency, and study skills. The 9th Grade Academy team believes it is important for students to look beyond themselves while working to help others, as well as build relationships through shared experiences. The team has planned a trip to the Eagan center of Feed My Starving Children, where the students will assemble meal kits for citizens of Haiti and other impoverished countries.
