Omada Behavioral Health Services is a Primary Outpatient Chemical Health program. We are licensed by the State of Minnesota and contracted by Rice County to provide chemical dependency treatment services. We also provide support both before and after an inpatient treatment. We provide counseling to families with concerns about a teen’s chemical use and can help to identify what resources might be most helpful in each given situation. We are here to provide assisstance to both teens and their families surrounding the chemical health issues.

Communities Served: All Rice County

Age Range of Clients Served: 14-73

Hours: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm, Monday-Thursday

Fees: $85/hr for counseling; $150 for chemical health assessment; 30 minute information and referral for no fee.

Insurance: Most insurance programs; County Consolidated Chemical Dependency Treatment Funds; sliding fee available on an individual basis.

Eligibility Information: Must have chemical health issues or concerns

Capacity to Accommodate Clients with Limited Financial Resources: Decided on an individual basis

Capacity to Accommodate Clients who Speak Languages other than English: Can set up interpreters if necessary.
