Our program offers Nutition Education for families, children, adults, etc who are income eligible.  Participants learn to plan healthy meals, handle and prepare food safely, make nutritious meals from what they have on hand, use food dollars and resources to get more for their money and avoid running out of food before the end of the month.

Communities Served:  Rice and Steele County

Age Range of Clients Served:  All Ages

Hours:  Monday – Thursday 8 am – 4:30 pm, flexible

Fees:  None

Eligibility Information:  Participants need to fall under the low income guidelines.  Food stamp recipiants, Child is on free and reduced lunch program, WIC, etc.

Capacity to Accommodate Clients with Limited Financial Resources:  All clients must have limited financial resources.

Capacity to Accommodate Clients who Speak Languages other than English:  We are able to request a translator for some languages.  Spanish and Somli.

Services Offered:  Education Materials;  Workshop/Speakers/Events;  Classes;  Home Visits
