As a licensed clinical social worker, I provide mental health counseling to adolescents and adults dealing with severe and persistent mental illness, anxiety and depression, chronic health concerns, HIV, grief and loss, life change, adjustment issues, issues surrounding sexual orientation and alternative lifestyles, trauma, substance abuse issues, and physical abuse.

Communities Served:  All of Rice County

Age Range of Clients Served:  Adolescents 14 and up

Hours:  By appointment, evening hours also available, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday

Fee: $110 per hour

Insurance:  Blue Cross/Blue Shield, MA, Medicare, UCare, Health Partners, Preferred 1

Capacity to Accommodate Clients with Limited Financial Resources:  Payment plans may be arranged on case by case basis.

Capacity to Accommodate Clients who Speak Languages other than English:  English speaking only at this time
