Fountain Center of Faribault offers a full range of services related to chemical abuse/dependency:   * Chemical use assessments   * Outpatient treatment (day & evening groups)   * 4 hour Chemical Awareness Education class   * 14 hour Substance Abuse education   * Community education   * Methamphetamine Specific Program (Owatonna location)

Age Range of Clients Served:  18 and up

Hours:  Monday – Thursday   8 am – 11 am morning group   5:30 – 8:30 pm evening group

Insurance:  Consolidated funding, funded by most insurance companies, self pay, Rule 25

Eligibility Information:  18 and up
