HCI is proud to be a partner in the Tackling Obstacles and Raising College Hopes (TORCH) graduation initiative. Started in 2004, TORCH works to help increase the graduation and post-secondary attendance rates of Northfield’s Latino and low-income students, as well as young people who would be first generation college students.
An article in Saturday’s paper profiled a new component of the TORCH project. Check it out to learn a little more about this incredible community initiative:

TORCH is a collaborative initiative funded by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and the State of Minnesota’s Juvenile Justice Advisory Council.
