As part of the free medical services provided in Rice County residents, patients have access to the following:
Annual and Sports Physicals; Diabetic Program; Pura Vida Weight and Nutrition Program; Medication Assistance Program. Access to general medical care to help insure a healthier lifestyle!

Eligibility Information: Patients must live in Rice County, be uninsured and fall under the 200% of the Poverty Guidelines.
Capacity to Accommodate Clients with Limited Financial Resources: We accept patient donations but DO NOT require payments for services rendered
Capacity to Accommodate Clients who Speak Languages other than English: A Spanish interpreter is available during every clinic night. If other languages are spoken, HealthFinders makes every effort to provide an interpreter, free of charge.
