The Center for Human Resources  is an outpatient mental health center which was founded in 1976.  We offer a range of therapeutic and educational services to individuals, couples, families, groups, and organizations.  Our primary goal is to promote mental health with attention to social, physical and spiritual components.

Communities Served:  All Rice County and surrounding areas

Age Range of Clients Served:  All ages

Hours:  8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday

Fees:  $160 initial session and $125 per session thereafter

Insurance:  Most insurance, including Medical Assistance and MN Care

Eligibility Information:  Covered by insurance or capable of paying

Capacity to Accommodate Clients with Limited Financial Resources:  Medical Assistance and MN Care.  We do not have a sliding scale.

Accessible to:  Mobility Impaired, Vision Impaired, Cognitive Impaired.
